Did they buff drop rates of the first step?

I don't mind gathering, crafting and... or rather endure tomestone farming....

But I will not throw myself into hours of progress or no progress of pure RNG in OC. RNG as bad as some Gacha Game odds.
Cause after spending a few hours over multiple days in OC spamming CEs (boring old Fate farming), which I hate, I got not a single one.
