Demiatma drop rates are unacceptable

Started my Demiatma grind earlier.

I've been stuck in Yak T'el for ages now. Even reached Rank 4 zone rank not that long ago, and sitting at comfy 0 out of 3 gemstones.

Meanwhile the healer who followed me to said zone got all 3 Demiatma during the first evening, leaving me all alone there.

That's the true marvel of the system right? Not only it does make it feel outright unfair when you draw the short stick, but it also prevents you to keep playing with your friends when they're done before you.
