It's called luck. I still only have 6. This grind is miserable. There's no skill It's all rng and it's all shit.

At this point if you truly had been going into OC somewhat regularly and still only have 6 you are so statistically unlucky as to be functionally irrelevant to the balancing conversation. The rate is 20%/5%. The amount of people doing thousands of fates and grinding endlessly and getting nothing is so small that o don’t know we it keeps getting fixated on
