Cosmic is for everything. It’s one way to level the gatherers, if you don’t like it you can also do collectibles or custom deliveries or anything else. It is also high level challenge content and mid tier farming content

You are wrong. Cosmic Exploration is bad content for gatherers. If you don't think so, that's on you for not understanding how bad it is. But you need to stop gaslighting and pretending like this is the best content ever created.

Nor am I liable to give your opinion much weight on the subject considering you are struggling with such low level missions with no gear justification that at this point it’s not the content’s fault. We are at the point of a cure 1 spammer and a no mitigation/healing tank blaming the content for wiping in a dungeon

Perhaps you need to learn to read and comprehend better.

The point is, gathering sucks to do in Cosmic Exploration, fishing is particularly bad, miner and botanist are also unpleasant and not any fun to play in that content.

There are people on these forums besides me complaining about the gathering side of Cosmic Explorations. There are streamers complaining about it. There are Reddit posts complaining about it.And they're almost all saying the same thing, Cosmic Exploration is messed up for gatherers.

I get it, you have no personality other than white knighting for a game you play, but Cosmic Exploration is BAD content for gatherers. And I've heard and seen more than a few botanists complaining about the content as well.

And if you actually read you’d understand that few people actually disagree with proper actionable criticism on the front of gatherers. Things such as GP not restoring, or cordials being too weak with too long CD’s, same as criticism around the problem that aetherial reduction takes time in a limited time spam. It’s just that gets mixed up with people making criticisms that amount to “I don’t understand the content” or “my gear is too weak” and they think that since other people are making valid criticisms then theirs are as well. 99% of complaints that aren’t “GP doesn’t restore” amount to “I can’t read” like people who wonder why they aren’t getting any points on a mission that gives points for triggering gatherers boon or weak gear; like people who constantly complain that they can’t gold rank A3 experts with orange scrip gear macros

Your complaints basically centre on you being unable to do absolutely basic missions for reasons you will not explain to us despite other people doing harder missions with weaker gear than you and then going “see since x person made y (valid complaint) my complaint that makes zero sense and you won’t substantiate is also totally valid” and then go “see so everyone has to hate the content”

Like you just called me a white knight, the forums number 1 hater of modern job design just because I’m telling you that “I don’t understand the content” isn’t a valid criticism unless your complaint is that the content is opaque in explaining crafting and gathering breakpoints which IS a valid criticism

Cosmic Explorations is for anyone level 10 or higher. This was meant to be leveling content. As leveling content, you shouldn't need penta-melded BiS gear if you're below level 100, and even then, you shouldn't need it unless you're almost done with your relic.

It’s not hard to simulate low level crafters/gatherers by simply removing gear pieces to approximate old level ranges by their breakpoint; hell since they sync to 100 but you are wearing only half your gear simulating level 50 is actually harder than being true level 50. And these missions still aren’t hard (outside the A ranks but they ARE pentamelded content)

It’s obvious you are doing something wrong and people want (well wanted) to help you but you won’t explain your problem. What is your gear, what are your stats, what missions are you trying to do

Like I said if you believe that the levelling experience is opaque that’s a fully valid criticism, what isn’t valid is when people try to help you you just go “it’s bad it’s bad it’s bad” “why’s it bad” “it’s bad and I hate you”

Like everyone here besides you knows you are doing something wrong and people are trying to help you, wouldn’t actually getting help so you can do the content properly then form a reasonable complaint about how opaque the levelling experience is be a more productive use of your time

Again, the smugness and superiority complex you have. When people like Mr. Happy are saying the content is screwed up for gatherers, it means this isn't just a "me" problem. It means that the content and systems are screwed up.

And literally no one wanted to "help me". You don't offer help with backhanded, sarcastic, "I'm better than you", comments and get offended when you get called out on your b*llsh*t.

There was one person, it may have even been you, since I don't care enough to look at the names of who's replying anymore, that told me to use my level 100 power... I'm only level 97, but yeah, they were trying to help for sure. Give me a break.

And honestly, you can farm whatever you want, I don't buy anything off the market board, there's nothing worth buying there. Maybe it will mean I never have to have you in a group for a dungeon or raid which would be insuferable I'm sure as you'd try to tell everyone how to play their job while telling them how much they suck.
