Hey jack@ss, I know how to play the class. Cosmic Exploration just sucks and is really bad content for gatherers. Even Mr. Happy has come out and said that gatherers are really bad to play in Cosmic Exploration and Fishers are particularly bad, but if you play a crafter, it's some of the easiest content in the game.

So is that a yes or a no? Patience II vastly increases the chances of catching a large size fish (many missions base point gain on size of fish) while ambitious lure help steer your catch towards large mouthed fish (those !! catches, while ! catches are small mouthed fish). These skills together are imperative to the class and if you knew how to use them even A-rank missions should be fine.

And Mr. Happy's a person with an opinion. Gatherers are much better than crafters when it comes to red alert missions so I have a feeling he's just ignorant.

Perhaps you need to learn to read and comprehend better.

The point is, gathering sucks to do in Cosmic Exploration, fishing is particularly bad, miner and botanist are also unpleasant and not any fun to play in that content.

I don't need to know what mr happy said about fisher, i did miner and botanist and they both suck vs crafter.

I also tried miner for a red alert... I failed and didn't get any xp for that either, but my miner is only in the 20s or something like that. And Mr. Happy said both Miner and Botinist are in the same or similar boat to fisher.

Again, I know how to play the class, also, I'm not level 100 yet because I'm not getting any xp from anything I fail at in Cosmic Exploration so I don't have Ambitious yet. But you'd know that if you knew how to play the class. Cosmic Exploration sucks, and is NOT good for anyone but crafters.
