Oh come on who do you get from "more talented people" to "hire kuro games?". Was "more talented people" not simple enough, must i write "more talented people from an international roster of game developers around the world". Are you not capable enough to do this on your own? Maybe you should not discuss with me, when you are not even capable of that.

And yes, if you have money you can hire new people, because the roster of game devs gets bigger and bigger every year. But when you limited your team only to Japanese speakers in japan, you do not get much talents!

The thing is Japan is a country where you do not live unless you have to. (i.e. native). Country in a steep decline, no one wants to have kids, generally depressive mood, overcrowded, pointless language to learn and bad living conditions compared to most states or Scandinavian/EU countries and the ‘gaijin in Japan stint’ stopped being a thing around 30 years ago.

I'm obviously not even touching more delicate topics like ingrained racism and xenophobia.

I know that the diehard weebs with their ‘hinomaru’ bandanas don’t want to hear it but South Korea has already surpassed Japan big time and if you want to learn a future-proof and actually valuable Asian language it’d be Mandarin.
