You do have a point but for example if you have lets say a SMN who isn't bale to help push the DPS threshhold should you just ignore them with a DNC, or try to give them a little damage buff so the fight goes smoother? This is from my point of view cause i don't play DNC much. Job feels great it just isn't my cup of tea. Most DNCs i have had in my party either go for teh "oh DRG the best DPS this patch i'll only dance partner them" to "i'll put my dance partner on who i want because i can pick and id on't follow what others say because i'm playing the job i want to play and have fun"
