A friend of mine sent this to me, it's apparently an actual screenshot from the Discord of that plugin with instructions to opt out. Go to your Lodestone profile for each of your characters/alts and put this line in your profile and it should add you to the whitelist if this is true.

Here's the million dollar question. We'd need proof that it actually works.
