Nobody is saying that the content should not have good rewards at all, but this is entirely subjective anyway. For me personally the mount is far more enticing than the hairstyle, but you typically don’t see good game design in putting long-term rewards behind short form content.
Then that circles back to the wider issue. 14 has no long form content (Bozja is about the best example and even it at this point is more just a glorified glamour farm compared to what it was at launch)

If you have no long form content then what content actually is allowed to have rewards such as this hair or rare tradeable mounts when everything is inherently limited by the fact that there is no long form content
