Locking it behind current Extreme will go against part of what they said they wanted to do, though. Ignoring how they fully intended this to be an Extreme level encounter.

It was the initial thought. But they back down and marketed it as a "First floor - Second floor savage raid". In this scenario, I think clearing extremes as a requirement should be reasonable, as we're not in the "extreme difficulty" territory anymore
