There is an option to automatically skip dungeons/raids/etc. CS you've already seen.

Dawntrail is what I imagine the entire MSQ as a healer-main.

There is no way you can dodge ARR 24 main raids if they are coming, they are coming up, if you refer to the option to set for the groups minimum item level, then it is for leveling roulette only, already skipping any scenes is set that I have already seen, I would not feel hurt, if one I have not seen is started premature either and there is nothing wrong with pulling old content as soon as am there unless half the team or more is new to it.

I haven't seen an ARR alliance raid for months. You don't have to run alliance raid roulette if you don't want to.There is no way you can dodge ARR 24 main raids if they are coming, they are coming up, if you refer to the option to set for the groups minimum item level, then it is for leveling roulette only, already skipping any scenes is set that I have already seen, I would not feel hurt, if one I have not seen is started premature either and there is nothing wrong with pulling old content as soon as am there unless half the team or more is new to it.
I really hope this is true. Otherwise we may get another instance where we're forced to watch cutscenes regardless if we have the skip option or not.

if someone is watching a CS it's polite to just wait for them and then pull when they're ready. This enables the fight to go faster overall. I.e if a Bard is watching a CS, you pull w/o them. The fight is going to take longer since they weren't able to buff the party during the openers so now it just takes longer than if you just waited for them. It's not against the rules however, it's just rude really.
It's also not against the rules to let someone die while you're watching a CS. If you're playing Tank and watching the CS. Don't feel any stress about them. Don't let their problems become yours. Enjoy the CS then play the content. Just don't let them die once you've regained control of your character, basically just don't be a YPYT and you'll be fine. If anyone is reporting you for watching a CS as Tank, they're full of themselves and not even worth thinking about.

And thats not a problem in non-savage/ex+ content because there is no difficulty so who cares lmfao

Reportable things are harassment. For example, you can watch cutscene and ignore it was pulled. It's not about what the intention of this is, sometimes it happens accidentally. The problem is, how is it communicated? If you pulled without waiting and tell the person who is in cutscene and get angry when they die or the person asks "Could you not wait?" and the regard to it is "not my problem" this could be harassment, and the reason why is disregarding / disrupting other's gameplay in the TOS.
If I for example watch cutscene, it is NOT disrupting others. In compensation of new player others get Khloe bonus point and extra tomes. Those 10 seconds waiting is all you need to do but of course that's too much to ask. So no, watching cutscene = not reportable, being told to NOT watch cutscene/being snapped at for doing it on other hand is reportable. Then of course there are people who will disagree on this as if it is debatable and make a whole argument "This is why NPC trust exist" which is 100% untrue, Trust/duty support is made to make MSQ more interactive + for those who are anxious to play with others, or for any other reason but it is NOT designed for people to feel selfrighteous enough to ruin it for the new players and use that as an excuse why they shouldn't watch cutscene.
