Reports for watching cutscenes at boss??

There are always people who just can't wait for 10-20 seconds for a boss cutscene, and this is sad enough as it is.
.

I pay to play the game and I'd like to do so, waiting for some random ill never meet again and who probably doesn't even own the game to watch some 10 year old cutscene isn't part of it.
