Limit Housing to help solve some potential issues?

I mean, the solution's pretty obvious, but SE doesn't want to do it for some reason.

Instead of taking away the housing, just make the obvious sub methods non-viable, and the sub shacks become a burden upon whoever owns them. Having to pay for multiple service accounts to maintain tens, if not hundreds of useless properties just isn't worth it, let alone the burden of resetting the demo timer on said useless properties.

I also support detaching the submarine farming from housing in general and attach it to the GC, then it would really make owning those sub shacks worthless in most worlds.

You'll find that those sub owners will still keep their plots. Don't think that they would be considered a burden just because the gil isn't coming in anymore. Some of them would consider it a relief and some even hope that salvage gets nerfed.
