Yes, but the result would be ppl grabbing the cheapest stuff from NPC/MB and just cram it somewhere to fulfill that criteria...

Hence why I said It wouldn't fix everything but it would def stop people from just buying and leaving it there, give them some sort of incentive to do 'something' with it all as there is literally 0 reason to do Anything at all currently.
It helps push people a little bit into actually making something as in a lot of cases, people simply don't do cause they don't start.

IF at least the garden were pretty but some barely put in the teleport and mailbox....

I do have a solo FC but unlike the empty ones, mine is nicely decorated and my alts share it, I can post some pictures if you wish to see them. The garden look really pretty and is nearly as well decorated as my personal homes since I need gil to buy the more expensive furnishings to upgrade and have them ready for hopefully yards also getting a limit increase in 7.2 or 7.3.

This is why its hard to get a final idea on what should be done but it was an idea atleast, not an actual suggestion I would say in the long run it would have issues as you gave a good example of how it can still be done right after all

Yeah the housing in this game continues to be a joke, but SE, and the scum that take advantage of it, aren't going to care.

There's a single ward in the Goblet that is quite literally full of houses owned by a single person. All of them are owned by shell-FC with a single level 2 member. All of them created in 2024. All by the obviously same person.

Just look at the subdivision for Ward 25 on Leviathan.

It's a joke so blatantly disgusting, I'm sure I'm not the only one that's sick of it.
