Yes it is possible to find those people and yes it is possible to clear but you can have the most relaxed group in existence savage would still be a commitment even those 2 hours on weekend, 8 people must have time or the want to do it, you have to know the fight and it will always be annoying for some with those bullcrap bodychecks.
Others are also just not interested in harder content, others again only play with their spouse and so on.
Doesn’t have anything to do with being unable to find friends in this game.

Don’t misunderstand me I am happy for the raiders.
I am not casual, I tend more into midcore with extremes (because I don’t like savage) but
Endwalker had extremes, savage, ultimates and criterion as content for raiders.
For me the wait is till field content arrives because I am not motivated enough to do an extreme 99 times just because mount drop rates are abysmal.
DT has the same and even more now and no the patches after that will also have extremes and savage, another ultimate, criterion and probably another chaotic raid.
Again I am not against raiders being happy but I personally think that raids seem to be the only thing lately where the effort goes into.

Savage tends more into hardcore in my eyes, midcore would be extremes and field content (like the duels) but that’s different from person to person so whatever.

I don’t think that they only throw a little bone to raiders outside of the massive amount of other content for other players.
Raiders are the group that gets at least the same amount of content regularly and now even more.
The only other thing with the same constant is the MSQ and the normal content.

An MMO isn’t just raiding though but lives also of other things.
Updates to the gold saucer, an honest update to ocean fishing or other content to engage the community In interacting with each other outside of raids.
THATS my problem with it all.
