Isn’t PLL part 1 always introduce new features for a patch and it is until part 2 he will answer player base concerns?

Correct. We didn't even get shown two different content we know we will be getting. The cosmic exploration and that Bermuda Triangle thing they hinted at. Part 1 of most LLs are anemic with information let alone going over or showing things that we weren't already expecting.
