Its the top dps on literally every savage fight being in the top 4 adps jobs too on all of them. It has on average 500 rdps more than blm while also having better mobility, utility and being much less punishing and lets not compare it to Rdm or Smn that are over 2~2.5k dps below it.

Not only that but its also the caster that works best under the 2m meta and the caster that can capitalize downtime the hardest making it borderline broken on fights with an ultimate-like structure (Its already the top dps in TEA,DSR and TOP) and even in casual content like dungeons is the top dps being head and shoulders above its caster competition and displacing blm as the caster meta for speedruns.

Its something a little more than just a "bit" overtuned
