    While it may not seem like casual content got harder, it definitely became faster and a bit more chaotic. You now have to press your buttons while paying attention to ongoing AOEs, the castbar, and the environment more than in the previous expansion. In my opinion, this is a noticeable change.

    While it may not seem very different for people who do harder content, it is a step up from the usual brain-dead fights and is definitely the right direction moving forward.

    If casual content suddenly had a huge difficulty spike, many subscribers would leave in frustration.

    Although Savage is cleared in hours, there will still be players who will take more time just to prog/clear one savage fight. At the end of the day, as long as players have fun and/or are satisfied with the Savage fights have to offer, the fast clear time would not matter.

    You are fortunate to have a static to begin with. Most players don't have the benefit of a static for high-end content. As a result, they would have to pug and take the risk of failing the easier savage mechanics because one player was in the wrong spot at the wrong time due to coordination issues.
