Very nice of them to include eyebrows twitching on select emotes. Surely it is an artistic choice and not further indication that the update was rushed and there has been no quality control.




EDIT: I JUST LEARNED THIS WAS AROUND EVEN PRE-DT!!
Do with that information what you will, however I do not think it dismisses my claim that the update was rushed.

Man, I saw a Sunseeker today and to add insult to injury, Sunseekers get visible eyebrows. It's the same face and the same eyebrow, why are Keeper's grey
Like I don't even want blingin white, I just want them visible like they were in Endwalker and like Sunseekers' are now. I shouldn't have to give up my fangs and OwO eyes in order to have actual eyebrows.

It's like the Keeper version is missing a highlights layer or something. There's no depth or variation to the Keeper version.

I think overall the seekers got better treatment than the keepers, besides fixing our fangs. I made a seeker with all the same options as my main keeper and my seeker alt looks miles better. :/

I'm really SO so happy with their attention to detail with our fangs. And adding the little gap in our lips back for face 4 was super cool of them, I really didn't expect that they would. But there's definitely a dropped ball here and there and it's sad and I'm very hopeful they make corrections, especially since they have an example of it being done correctly with Sunseekers.

It seems really unfair that my features have been shifted this much.

I’d also like them to address the issues with eye greyness and dullness and make more natural looking lip textures. There’s no detail to the texture aside from incorrect baked in shadows on mine, and it looks like we have lipstick on even if we select “none” in the creator.



I can’t even remember which of these is supposed to not have lipstick so they’re in no particular order. I submitted this as a bug report but they rejected it as “not a bug report”. Not even “Intended” but “Not a bug report”. I don’t understand what that means. I wish they’d add a context post when they move reports like they do on other languages forums.

I like that the big mesh update that added more triangles somehow made her brow and forehead so jagged, but the PS3-era mesh is almost perfectly smooth.

Yup. I’m also really bothered by that. The lips too seem lower poly to me. I’m not understanding why they replaced eyelash and eyebrow textures either if the new ones are the same resolution. Or why I got a complete nose job, or my eyes drooped and my eyeballs poked further back into the sockets. It all seems unnecessary.

One thing I'm not seeing talked about a lot is that tails are horribly messed up too. I use the lion tail on my character, and it now just looks like a rubber snake toy with hair at the end or just a long tube with fake fur slapped on the end of it. The fat au'ra tail also is no longer chunky, it looks rather flat when you look at it at different angles as well. Was talking to a friend when I noticed his tail no longer looks wide and what it used to look like in EW. A lot of the cat tails look like they don't even have fur on them and just look really off.
