Anyway the whole thing can be turned around on you.
It conflicts with your main character syndrome. Being a DPS is completely braindead for the most part, press W until you're in ot near the mob, and do your AoE (nuking isn't really a thing in FFXIV), yet some DPS get testy when the tank doesn't let them tag a mob before they do, like some sort of affront to them personally.
In other words, pure projection while throwing a tantrum about not having things go your way.
You try to pressure them adhering to you by threatening them with reporting them. Yet at the same time people could argue that you are aiding the enemy or general nuisance behaviour.

If the accusation can be used against you like that, it was probably a shit take to begin with.
