While I can't speak for the EU datacenters, if they're at all similar to NA's hint discords. I can assure no new player is ever touching an A or S rank. They won't be able to kill them without asking for help and the second they flag it people at max level will show up and two shot it. Which speaks to how poorly designed hunts are but the devs still seemingly believe 4-8 people are pulling an A/S like as though it's a mini boss.
