Higher than usual Teleport costs?

I need you all to start doing hunts so you dont have to pay for teleports

I sometimes fly around early zones to collect hunt marks.
But I do somewhat feel a little guilty when coming across A hunts, feeling that I'm "robbing" the experience of lower level players, possibly even new players the experience of fighting them.

So why, I wonder, doesn't all "tiers" of Hunt vendors sell utility items such like the Aetherite Tickets?
Is it to motivate "older" players to go back to older zones?
The experience would still be the same, they kill the A marks in second(s) and then move on.
Not that thrilling honestly.
Maybe a FATE level sync system for A and maybe even S marks could be something to ponder over.
