Forced Upscaling is Personally Unplayable - Literally

FSR 100 and dynamic stuff disabled seems to be the closest to default you can get.

I also personally disable Anti-Aliasing. Seeing those edges brings me comfort that i don't need glasses.

Also disable radial blur if you want to remove the screen-wide blur that happens when using abilities.

All of those are good suggestions! I'm using almost exactly that, though I tried Anti-Aliasing both Off and FXAA, and I like the FXAA slightly better for now.

Forgive me if I missed it in your post but what is your Anti-Aliasing set to? The motion blur issue drove me insane as well until I switched to FXAA which seems to have largely resolved it.

Haha, I maybe should have listed my full settings in my initial post, or at least mentioned that I scroll through them in the demonstration video!
