    TSCMAA adds motion blur when the character is moving, it is VERY slight tho so maybe your eyes just have a skill issue? Also DLSS and FSR do NOT do anything as long as you have Enable dynamic resolution UNCHECKED.

    This is false. FSR at 50 results in a 50% resolution scale all the time.
