As amazing as your clarity of mind can be, I afraid we need some change in plan regarding how healer strike goes, due to the how we failed to garner any support from FFXIV sub, and they are not inclined to participate the strike, hell some of em even outright mocked us for it.

I would encourage OP to edit the first post and provide the healer issues, as someone pointed out in r/ffxivdiuscission, to quote:

The main sub isn't joining in this because you all are being so ridiculous. Healers aren't dead. They never were, and they never will be. The healer role will be just fine without you loud minority lot. The devs likely know this, because this is the exact same screeching people have before every single expansion.

Y'all are judging an entire expansion based on 1 dungeon, the very first dungeon, which is supposed to be the easiest content in the game. Y'all are absolutely ridiculous. "Yawntrail" lmao. No one has even played the game and this is already being coined. 99/100 people will think this is unfair or ridiculous.

Nah, it's what you are asking. As a DPS I can't sustain myself without a tank or healer. You guys are asking to be some kind of hybrid. With your logic all jobs should just be some blob that can fill all roles. Yeah, if you don't like healing then don't. That's a choice you got.. throwing this baby fit because you're not a dps (more dps buttons) too is dumb. I got 1 mit and 2 shitty self heals as a dps. I'm not screaming for the ability to survive tank busters or keep my party alive. Get over it.

Nobody is asking for that. Healers are saying that we want either the fights to actually require healing because right now, they barely do. Especially with the hilariously overpowered regens tanks are getting in DT. That or we want a simple DPS rotation. Hell, I'd even settle for a completely different gimmick. Like expanding AST cards and the things you can do with them instead of completely neutering the system and giving us Aetherflow without the flexibility.

Also, you CAN keep yourself alive as a DPS in everything under Extreme. If you're dying in normal content, you're doing something very, very wrong.
