Also, if they’re going to make it gender locked, please do more than put on a black shirt for males.

?? What else do you call blatant transphobia other than transphobia? Because there's been a lot of that in here (which, for the record, I've been reporting) in response to this thread. Literally all we're asking for is either unisex gear (with minor changes such as bras for female mmodels) or for the different designs to be available to both male and female models. People wanting their character to show more or less skin (or generally just preferring the other model's gear design) doesn't actually affect them.
Agreed, I've been doing the same, sending reports of users either "Blatantly Pestering Users" to a point where they aren't no longer discussing to the best this topic can be.?? To blatantly focusing more on conflict and harassing them for their opinion on the gear.

There are ways to have cake and eat it too.
And some of us have offered them, be it just visual adjustments between them.
Or Toggles.
Neither of the disruptive users have given any.

Oh no..., again. That's so damn disappointing. We live in a weird century, where man are forbidden to look fancy, I guess.
Almost always less skin and long trousers..., and less interesting details
*sigh*

I feel that. Any gear that my characters (which are all guys) can look fancy I hold onto and rarely let go of. Want to know what my favorite pair of pants in the game is? Bard's tights. I love how colorful it is. I would also love if I had access to more skirts
I love the men in this game
I finally return to the game! Current goal: getting all my jobs to 90

Just for clarification, are you using the word "fancy" as a synonym for "like a clown"?
well that's disappointing to know, i was really hoping that we'd get to show off our midriffs too :<
both sets of dancer gear look great, but it still makes me wish that it was available regardless of which model your character uses, like it was already mentioned before but obviously there'd sill have to be a slight difference for modesty
i think the best example of recent gear with subtle gender differences is the yakaku set
the only changes between these two are how much the bandages are covering up the model's chest as well as the tattoo placement so it doesn't get covered up by the bandages being higher
if we're looking at older gear, then we've got the uraeus set
you know this is making me wonder if the catboy this piece of official art was specifically posed like this because they didn't have to show his midriff off
which kinda funny in a sad way, please stop making these differences, everyone should be able to show as much (or as little) skin as they like
This!! Exactly this. The Yakaku and Uraeus gear are perfect examples of what I mean by unisex gear with subtle differences. It's the exact same gear with a minor difference to cover the female model's breasts. That's essentially what I'd want if they were going to stick to a single design for gear. But even then, for the gear that is explicitly supposed to be gendered, there's no reason why both the male and female versions can't be available to both male and female models. Especially with artifact gear in particular.
