That would be like 2 gear model for each gender, that would be somewhat time-consuming, or at least time-consuming among CBU3's priorities.

I'd argue it's less work/time to fit one gearset to both gender models than it is to make an entire second gearset. IMO either they should stick to a single design for both models or, if they're going to make different designs, make them available to both models.
