Okay let me clarify, it does happen, but it doesn't happen more often than it does. There are weird people in every part of the game. Like most people who don't want an anti-cheat are using alexander to double weave consistently when you're not really supposed to do that by the game's design and wouldn't be parsing nearly as high as you are without using addons.

It's just a joke that people are enabled to do what they do. There is no such thing as the elite in this game because everyone at the top is cheating. So what's the point of vetting players to begin with? The "job resume" you're talking about is basically "are you willing to cheat to get ahead?"

Hard to respect anyone's opinion when even black mages are using an addon to track mp ticks for their non-standard optimizations. This community's "hardcore" playerbase is pathetic.
