sector rng is a nonissue and you know this, modifier parts are not needed and regular parts are dirt cheap
I already addressed why there's so many smalls on dead servers, the average player is not a scumbag and has no interest in doing sub farms and doesn't want to bother making an fc just for a solo house, the established sub farms already hit critical mass and don't need to expand further into more houses, they are instead focusing upgrading to larges and mediums to resell them with their army of alts. (to anyone reading this, if your fc is trying to upgrade into a large or medium its the sub farms that are spamming bids with numerous alts just for 1 person, this is why sub farms affect you.)
