I don't care about people making gil, generally. It is happening since the game started and won't end lol. Opinion on the way of "fun" are subjective, but most seem to agree that it shouldn't be locked behind housing, if it just gets used for that single purpose, there are other ways to implement it, but then everyone would do it I think.
I am calling out a stupid gameplay choice by the devs that didn't think of limitations, I don't even care about how you specifically exploit it, thus I am not "telling you how to play".

Question is what the devs had in mind when making it. I think they were fine if it was just a few people doing it, can be ignored. But if more and more do it, then its detrimental.

I think housing situation gets worse again with the new addon, so using the most dead time of a MMORPG as excuse for the availability of housing, months before a new addon hits, is not really a great argument. But even if they nerf it, you will still be making profits by reselling.
