That's not lowkey, that's outright crossing the line and its stalking. Period. We need to stop softballing stuff like this, it's why we have a friends list that doesn't delete from both sides when one person decides to end the friendship, it's why we don't have any way to appear invisible when online, this attitude that everyone should be available to anyone in the public at any time just because we're playing an mmo and it needs to stop.

Too many folks take advantage of SE not taking online safety and privacy seriously. I really wish SE would implement something a little more robust than just a block list that suffers all the same things we complained about in XI (not working under certain conditions i.e. zoning, etc).

I noticed that she is angry. I didn't want to discuss this here in the Official Forum.
It simply isn't the right place. Why? Because people like you come running and want to be Part of a Drama that really isn't a Drama.
I din't know Sotaris exist before she respondet to my Post here.
She never told me that she does not want to have any contact.
I went to Lich. I've sent a ''Hi" to her. I've sent a follow up whisper to tell her that I'm from the Forum. Nothing more.
I waited a minute or so to see if she want to respond.
She didn't. So I left Lich and went back to Shiva.
That was it.
The Mods can check every Tell from my Chat Log to check if I really stalked her.
And they can check where I was and how long i was there.
She is just a Drama Queen.

You went out of your way to track down someone on here without their permission. Thats the big thing.

There really isn't a reason to "work things out privately" unless you're worried about people here seeing something that you don't want them to. You could have also just been like the majority of people here and just move on when you argue with someone lol. I disagree with people all the time on here but don't feel a need to reach out randomly to fix things because whatever it is we're disagreeing over isn't anything that actually matters at the end of the day.

Listen, I know that a lot of folks weren't really taught a lot of life skills growing up. So I'm going to do you a favor. I'm going to be your "mom for a minute".

What you did is unequivocally stalking behavior. You could have suggested bringing the conversation offline here, and then had the other party agreed, taken the conversation offline. Instead of that, you looked at what world that player is on, and then went over there and checked to see if that player was online, and then proceeded to send them private messages. That's a clear boundary violation - someone posting in a thread here is not blanket permission to track them down in game to continue whatever discussion you felt needed to be continued. That player isn't a "drama queen" for wanting to enjoy the game without being bothered by someone in a forum thread.

I strongly suggest you take a step back and look at your behavior before you do end up doing something that lands you in some trouble. I promise you, it won't have been worth it when you look back.
