It's also ridiculous how they answer eluding the question on the customer service. They automatically cancelled my order six times. Seriously.

Well, checked my bank this morning and the monies taken have been refunded/reversed (so may have been a "holding" transaction). Can't say support's response to my ticket about it was well received as it basically was a generic "We are having issues, please try again using Paypal" when at the time my case was "I've paid monies but you cancelled my order, what do I do?".
Anyway, tried again using PayPal and it's gone through fine - just waiting for code to come through.
Could've waited a few days I suppose but just wanted to get it sorted.

The preorder was fast yesterday for me. I did not login and preordered it as guest. And then i used Paypal for payment. It took two minutes to finish it. But the e-mail with the preorder code took 11 hours.

Is there an issue with your billing address ? Are you paying from a different region ? E.g. U.S card paying for an EU account ?


As you can see in the upper right corner, I've ordered Dawntrail almost 2 Days ago.
No Pre-Order Code as today.
I've contacted the Store and the answer was in general sense ''please be patient''.
Or as Yoshi P. would say..''Please look forward to it''.

Maybe you can try checking other parts of your inbox?
It got autosort into "promotions" folder in my gmail instead of the main inbox.

They aren't committing fraud, they're just not the best at handling mass amounts of congestion and things fall through the cracks. Your best bet is to keep bothering the support bot or wait for a human to respond to you when they are able to. Might not be the answer you want to hear but it's all you really got right now. I'm sure you'll have things ironed out well before July.

The problem is.
My Bank told me that if want the Money back I have to file charges for Fraud.
Only with the Police Report in my hands they are taking steps to collect the Money from Square Enix.
Imagine that.....
I guess I would not need another code if I actually would file charges for Fraud against Square Enix![]()
