				The spawners can kill it or not as they choose. Should they relay it, and then deliberately kill it before people has a chance to get there, then it is just trolling. But if they spawn and then kill it without calling out for others, then it may be a selfish but not a big problem.
The big problem is non-spawners who don't wait for others. They come in response to a relay, and then immediately jump on the target


 
			
			
				make it 10 minutes... that would make it really annoying to those that spawn and kill right away even if have to wait, likewise others will notice it as well.
if you care so much about getting S ranks, you should be the one helping to spawn them, cant miss it if youre at ground 0.
A lot of players use 3rd addons that immediately announce and relay to other players where and when an S-rank spawns, even if they weren't the one to spawn it, hence why everyone one seems to flood to them immediately.
The reason why they'll probably never give them an invulnerable period is because SE never intended for hundreds of people to come in from many different servers to kill them. Hunt marks are supposed to be powerful and difficult to defat enemies and yet they're a joke when you got 300-400 players engaging them. Honestly what I would like SE to do is make it so you can only get credit killing them on your home server and reduce the number needed for the achievements.

Problem is how erratically they spawn and not knowing who is spawning what and where. You don't want to be out trying to spawn one and risk not making it to one on a different world.
So this isn't quite accurate. The majority of the s ranks are mapped before they spawn so we already know exactly where they spawn. No need to find where they spawn (mostly for later expansion ones).This has been suggested hundreds of thousands of times over the years. This exact suggestion.
It wouldn't necessarily be useful though and here is why. When you spawn an S rank, for example by killing all 300 enemies in Mare Lamentorum, you have to find and locate the S rank. This means you fly around the area, look for it and travel to it. This can take a few minutes. Then you relay the information into linkshells. It takes about 2 minutes for people to arrive. By then, the 5 minutes of invulnerability is up.
Some spawners would deliberately spawn it and wait the 5 minutes before relaying, so that the invulnerability timer expires before people start server jumping, making it irrelevant.
There is really no reason for it on Forgiven Rebellion or Ker. The minion spawns act as advance notice it will spawn.
The main issue with putting an invul timer on s ranks is that not all s ranks are equal. A whole lot of players will insta pull or bail on a arr/hw/sb a rank so they can make it to a shb or ew one (due to the 1k achievements).
And the ones who would need an a invuln timer the most would be those in question due to how fast they die. But it would essentially force people to bail (including the spawner) if they wanna make the higher priority marks instead.
I like how it's done ATM for most servers that it's the spawner who decides the pull time.
One thing that would be nice from SEs side of things would be to add in the TOS the option to action early pullers. But that's a big stretch to hope for.
