Riding maps are not available at release of any expansion and require grinding to get them, him promoting it is predatory as it could just be in game, They could LITERALLY just make our company chocobos faster naturally.

It's been there since patch 4.4 He's promoted it in multiple interviews, charging for a feature other games naturally have is predatory. We can also have the conversation on how XIV literally makes no sense in hiw it steamlines specific features people enjoy in MMOs and leaves others in most people IN THIS GAME ask to be removed. Like the FATE system most people constantly rag on in disgust. Literally have seen plenty of posts on how people Don;t touch fates. But good for you for agreeing we should be charged for A basic feature. Predatory.

And once again. Instead of defending having all the items in the cash shop, it should be in the game for free, and earnabl. We're really just defending it's existence and then wondering why rewards in the Criterion dungeons are lack luster to non-existent. This is funny lol.

Edit: and this is the point I constantly make, instead of looking at the bigger picture, everyone in this community cherry picks what they personally agree with as the game gets dumbed down more, as more rewards get removed, as more content gets handed to people who don;t even care about the dev team or the game. Like No call out not having ALL those holiday items being in the game and just purchasable with gil, callout the statues that are Fomo, call out mounts having speed boosts, callout housing items that can literally be crafted not being craft able. It is in the game, for free, and earnable. You do fates and unlock mount speed for every mount. I know no one who purchased the fenrir for mount speed. No one.

And in EW launch I saw SDS Fenrir mounts everywhere. But again good for your experience. Doesnt change that it's a reality. What you're saying rn is equal to someone saying, I've never got bullied so bullyinh doesn't happen
