1. Tanks are completely different gameplay wise with stances being removed.
2. Healers are vastly different from how they played.
3. Raid buffs have been overhauled, all to fit under 2 minutes, which has also created very similar burst windows with each job, very rigid flat damage/crit buffs.
4. Aggro management, Tp management, is non existent now.
5. Role actions & Cross Class abilities being changed, removed ect.

Not to say I want all these changes reverted, far from it but each expansion felt pretty different from one another while Endwalker felt like Shadowbringers with easier raid buff management. DT should feel different enough from SHB/EW
