No it's not, those are irrelevant items. No one is going to grind savage level content for those items and it clearly shows in how few people do it. They can triple all that loot and there would still be little to no incentive to do it.

I'm a slut for glam and still the only glam related content that would get me to bother with them is if it was the key to unlocking role restrictions. I'd hate it but I'd do it.
