If half your teammates are only there for the rewards, that's the amount of people who won't be queuing if you remove the extrinsic rewards. So queue times would roughly double. And then of course, there would likely be some amount of players who genuinely enjoy PvP intrinsically who no longer queue because those increased queue times aren't worth the hassle to them. Queue times could become pretty nasty.

There's no meaningful difference between the rewards you listed and EXP; it's all just extrinsic rewards, and all of it will attract players who are only PvPing for those rewards.

You don't incentivize people to play better by removing exp, all you do is remove people with it. Removing the EXP this late after it got added as a measure to encourage Frontlines would be a terrible decision.
You'd probably want to add the same modifiers to PvP currency rewards as well, since not everyone is there for the EXP.
