Suggestion: Give Physical Ranged DPS single target mitigation

If there's a particular buster whether in Savage or Ultimate that hurts a lot it can help. If any party member is somewhat low on HP before a raidwide and no one else notices but the Physical Ranged DPS it can help. Or it can simply serve as your own personal mitigation for when you think you're low before a raidwide.

Tankbusters already run into “kitchen sinking means each CD matters less due to diminishing returns” and like I said above healers already have a wealth of single target mitigation they have nothing else to spend on because autos are so weak

As for the “party member low on health and only phys ranged notices” that’s basically the same reason wardens paeon exists for its effect niche and it’s barely used as it is because of the healers don’t notice it, it’s very unlikely the phys ranged notice it

As for a personal mitigation tool I mean I’m not fully opposed to that but do the phys ranged really need one. In casual content they can just use their AOE mitigation for it and in high end content everyone is already relying so heavily on the shield healer that personal mitigation has become almost useless except for like RPR’s crest of time borrowed because that generates a useful effect when it’s absorbed

The first point I will concede that as long the tanks and healers are competent then it is unnecessary. But I do think in a party where that's not the case then it will be helpful. You can't really control someone else's level of skill in a pug unless you type something and they actually listen. A single target mitigation would at least be something within your control.

The second point I disagree with it being as niche because I've witnessed several cases where a DPS has died because they were low before a raidwide compared to everyone else. If they were noticed by the healers they wouldn't have died. Whether the Physical Ranged DPS would notice is up to them but it would be something within their control in that situation.

For the third point being do they really need one? Maybe it's not essential to have personal mitigation but similar to what I've said to the second point I've seen a lot of times where others have died to a raidwide because they were lower than others in HP. And I've seen just as many times where someone's personal mitigation like Third Eye, Manaward, or Radiant Aegis makes the difference between life or death in that situation. I think that every job should have access to a personal mitigation including RDM and DRG.
