Suggestion: Give Physical Ranged DPS single target mitigation

I’m not really sure what purpose this would serve

Tanks and healers are already overflowing with single target mitigations they barely use

Look me in the eye and tell me you use every single charge of divine bension and aquaveil in an encounter or use every charge of taurochole and haima other than for the memes

If there's a particular buster whether in Savage or Ultimate that hurts a lot it can help. If any party member is somewhat low on HP before a raidwide and no one else notices but the Physical Ranged DPS it can help. Or it can simply serve as your own personal mitigation for when you think you're low before a raidwide.
