Is there no medium difficulty content or am I just too stupid?

We should have options, like midcore content....
But we cant have that can we!
It's either braindead easy or hardcore.

Other MMO and games have options , why can't ffxiv?

I agree with that, but I disagree that hardcore content exists just to punish people who have focus issues.
