Player A works a full time job/school, has responsibilities/family when he has free time, and can only play a few hours night if that

Well yes, that's a sound argument.
But you have to keep in mind that they already tried to make something based on skill and the server latency caused nothing but players raging.

Still, while I agree it'd be awesome if they were to implement INCREDIBLE hard to beat dungeons... dungeons that were so hard to beat that you'd lose 90% of the times you tried... I'm not against some content being about how time you put into it. There's no reason why we can't have all.
