Samurai Limit Break still the same one shot mechanic in the entire pvp mode? then hard pass.

...pay attention to Chiten? Skill issue tbh, if I see a Samurai and don't see them having used Chiten recently or using Chiten right now, I avoid them.
If anything the one-shot mechanic is genuinely not worth the job pick.
Care to upload a youtube video of how you can perfectly track 4-5 Sam players moving in-out with chiten and not accidentally hitting them with one of your AOE's meanwhile you're focusing another player without dropping your combo/aoe.
Because that's nearly impossible.

For starters, as Post said, Zantetsuken is balanced around 5v5. Your issue fundamentally is playing Frontlines.
Somehow 4-5 Sam players move in and out after each other and have the coordination to do so yet it is impossible to expect to keep an eye out on "SAM" over someone's head and try to not hit them? Or seeing the animation for Chiten unfold which is very noticable?
Four solutions.
1.) Keep your eyes peeled for job templates above people's heads. Possibly mark them with as many Bind or Ignore marks as needed.
2.) Only use your AOE skills when you are 100% certain there is no Samurai mixed in a bunch.
3.) Play jobs that can provide AOE protection or HP shields and support your team with it. SGE LB and SCH LB are good for this.
4.) Deal with the fact that you play Frontlines. Or don't. Your choice.
SAM's in higher tiers get marked with a do not attack icon. SAM and DRG are the two easiest LB's to avoid in the game. The coping over getting killed by a SAM LB is honestly comical at this point.
If anything, I want SAM LB to change because the current one is just crap, but it works so well in lower brackets that it prevents SAM from actually having a good kit.
