I like Procs... what I don't like is the idea of a 'Proc of the proc' (Fan Dance 3).

It wouldn't be as bad if we had some other ogcds to work with during the TS downtime portion of our rotation - hopefully 7.0 introduces something like this.

I don't mind positionals either, but to corroborate with the previous poster, I don't like them in XIV, because of how sluggish the gcd rolls.
