    Remove the battlepass so people who aren't into pvp but force themselves into doing it for the rewards wont have to que with the playerbase who wants to be there. As i dont wanna be here anymore, there is no amount of balance you can fix when everyone wants the game to be so melee dominant.

    Remove the battlepass, put those rewards and the crystal shop into the Wolf Mark shop. The BP is just a FOMO grind with very few rewards, while the Wolf Mark shop is being totally neglected and people just end up dumping the marks on turn-in or Marketboard items.

    Also make the shop have the drop down menu instead of the annoying old system.

    Guys please. You have four months each time and spending 5-10min of your day losing will do the trick. If you hate PvP this much and consider yourself not the target audience, maybe don't be a slob trying to dictate what rewards and reward structures PvP is allowed to have.

    The Battle Pass items should absolutely resurface into the Trophy Crystal shop. The reason why they haven't yet done so but will likely do starting with the Archfiend set is because what you call FOMO is working as intended - it drives player participation in a 4 month period for those that care and give reason for people to try PvP to see if they like the various modes.

    I for one love the Battle Pass. It reminds me I have things to work towards and makes me do them.

    and thanks to the new daily roulette bonus of 1500exp it is a lot less, where you can do it with 22-26 daily frontline matches

    Hell throw in like 2-4.CC games and you might be done in like two weeks.

    ffxiv pvp is kind of hot garbage. I enjoy it, but the amount of cc available to some classes make me feel like my keyboard and mouse are just not functional for a while, on top of the base tab targeting it makes it frustrating even if you go in and tweak all the settings it makes me feel like someone is just randomly running in and unplugging my perifrials and spinning my chair around while throwing buckets of cold water on my head.

    I already finished it a while ago and I didn't even grind or anything, just couple days a week of 2-3 FL, super easy to complete.

    This is like complaining you can't get to 450 tomestones cap in a week when you only do one expert roulette all week and bugger all for the rest.

    While I agree that the responsiveness of the combat system leaves much to be desired, I would argue that no PVP is 'good' PVP right now. Even the high and mighty World of Warcraft which was the gold standard for what MMO PVP should aspire to match or exceed has fallen by the wayside. Sure, it's still snappy and quick but you can't even play it before max level unless you take a long break from everything else in life to gear a character beyond what is reasonable for its level. Or hey you could always take your licks and farm your gear at max level to be able to actually play there but you will get double dumpster slammed for weeks to months to achieve this goal. The industry as a whole needs to do better. But as long as we eat the slop they put on our collective plate it will never really matter how much we complain about it.

    The battle pass does work as intended. I personally don't think it's needed.

    I mean, what's the point if people are willing to play frontlines for some experience points? Just add the rewards in the shop, and if folks are interested in checking them out they will. They already have the roulette. What more incentives are needed for the casual modes to be played?

    For starters the Daily Challenge / Roulette applies to Frontlines only rather than all PvP Modes and quite frankly before the 6.1 reward + gameplay changes the only casual mode that got relatively high traction was Frontlines.

    Removal of the Battle Pass without an addition for a Daily Challenge for every other PvP Mode (especially Rival Wings) will only lead to a once-again proportionally more incentivized Frontlines vs all other modes. And even if, I personally think a Battle Pass having the reward structure and EXP progression that it does lets you do your preferred PvP modes at your own pace - I will say though that the non-Daily Challenge Frontline BP EXP is still way too low for the time per match.

    That and I think the Wolfmark shop is already filled with plenty, both in consumables as well as Gear, especially with the returned Garo sets. Having a second currency to farm over time of potentially more value that you can farm in tandem with Wolfmarks simply double-ups your currency gains so I think this is better.
