    "Add or Remove Programs" shows a "Final Fantasy XIV Online," dated 3/9/2021 with version 1.0. Is that correct? Yeah, I got rid of overwolf half a dozen crashes ago.

    There was no link to an article in your post. I DID come across a FAQ from SE BUT it pointed to "remove or rename the 'Final Fantasy XIV' folder in the 'My Documents' → 'My Games' folder and I have no such "My Documents" folder. Another thing I read said too use a FFXIV Uninstall exe but nothing like that exists either.

    Still, thanks for posting...

    Ffxiv is normally installed in program files x86 folder not my games or my document folder
    Also sorry for late response I had some irl shenanigans today
