It's clear they are the troll alt used to spread drama. Just ignore them. It's all that can be done. People around here lately are more interested in drama than anything else. This thread won't be taken seriously even if someone answers it seriously. There are too many on the forums who don't care right now, and only want to spread as much turmoil as possible. There's an opinion faction war on these forums and at the end of the day nobody will ever be able to make any sense of it because nobody really knows what's going on and why people are so disingenuously passive aggressive.

Thing is I'd like to ignore it but if I'm banned because folks decide I'm some troll alt or something (any rational person can look n see this is not the case) I can't say I'd be to happy about that. I simply want to see where folks stand on this topic because for some folks it seems this is what they want. But I'd rather have a discussion on what folks want for/from the forums rather than assume most just want a criticism echo chamber. It's literally a "help me understand you n what you want this space to be" thread basically.

To be fair to everyone I've taken ignored posters off that list for this thread (yes even you) so I can see all of what's being said. You can post what I've said all you want but isn't this not what derailing is? If you don't believe I truly care why post? Just move on.

And to clarify my posts as you are using them devoid of context, they're in response to you being hypocritical about what people should/shouldn't be saying or doing. Lastly i'm going to ask to to go elsewhere if you aren't going to discuss the question asked.

I kindly remind you that no fewer than 4 forum regulars have been permabanned while at least 6 or 7 have been temp-banned because of aggressive language, slander, causing drama, harassment, and/or derailment. The moderators are taking action and it is for the best that, instead of writing more bad-faith posts like this, you treat the "complainers" with respect and dignity and contribute to a more positive and discourse-conducive forum environment.

Ok, if you're being genuine, I'll bite. For one, people who have criticisms for the game are not in the majority as yet no matter how loud we may seem. Some of us get aggressive because we have been attacked, shouted down, called fascist, called genocidal, called Trancers, just because we think the Ancients got crapped on by the dev team and Venat got elevated far more than she should have and did not get called on her crap. For two, no, I don't think they should "go away". I just want them to desist in shouting us down and actually understand our point of view and admit hey, there may be a grain of rightness in what we're saying and that we may just have a point.

I can see how it'd feel that way and I'll be the first to say I've done this to a few posters here that get under my skin. I've also had it done to me as well when offering counterpoints to criticism. As it's been said alot of this ire is due to 2 very different camps wanting 2 different things for the game. It sparks a clash on what is and isn't right. That's when talk of the majority of players comes in with most being more casual. Their wants are no more important ofc but it does seem SE is trying to cater to them more but at least keep the other crowd somewhat happy with higher end content.

a few things if you hover over the tags it will tell you who did it

now for the topic for a sec a good example is drks living dead. Legit people kept saying it was the best CD for the longest time. But you know it kills you if you didnt get healed correctly. Even tho it "planned" if a healer that has never heal a drk before they would not know at the time. it took them until endwalker just to fix it.

And they said during a live ;letter that they did not know that it was a problem. Mind youtubers like xeno and other mentioned time after time that they need to take a look at it

It seems like your question is indirectly asking whether others want an echo chamber, and yet if they question your premise, you ask them to leave so that you can have an echo chamber. That's why the premise of the OP is ingenuine. If it's a true discussion about the health of the forums, telling people to leave would be antithetical to your goal.

OP has many skeletons in their closet. Too many posts of them telling people criticizing the game to shut up and leave. A search of their interactions with aveyond-dreams reveal a certain pattern of behavior.

Trust in the moderation system. The bad will eventually be cleansed. The good have no reason to fear.

Good people would not be afraid of people reporting them, and no one reports good people. Don't violate the ToS and nothing will happen to you.
