Especially when in casual matches you are against current crystals and diamonds, who is warming up and die like flies if you have a good team.

True. It doesn't matter if you're have the same people on your team three times in a row. Personally, I don't care about rank and just wander from mode to mode. The only difference for me is that in a ranked game, the wait is prohibitively long to get a set of the same people.
