The title says seen as low point. It doesn't have to be the lowest point, so you bringing up an expansion you consider worse is whataboutism. You trying to deflect and misdefine the idea of what OP meant as a low point doesn't change that. If they wanted to say "the worst expansion" then surely they would have outright said it.
