    Warrior Self Sustain is a Huge Issue
    While it was nice for a while to not have to try TO hard to keep the Tank alive, after a while I did start to feel a little useless as a Warrior Tank can pretty much do EVERYTHING.
    I think they tried to fix this, but then people complained when Warrior was no longer the Big Badass anymore...so then they went back on it.
    Its an issue thats hard to fix, partially because the playerbase wont let them.

    Ive said before that I think Tanks and Healers should get more responsibilities, might shake up the encounters more, and make the Trinity stand out abit more, instead of EVERYONE just being a DPS....and so that Tank Self-Sustain doesn't completely replace Healers.
    Im not sure how I feel about Summoners and/or Redmage losing their REZ ability, as it is a good backup if the healer dies.....but with tanks being able to take over healing, and these 2 DPSs being able to rez....it does take away use of a Healer. Which is a Feels bad Man.

    I'd say nerf it anyway. WARs are never going to have everything, and quite frankly, to hell with the fools who want it to. Drop those 400 potencies on Bloodwhetting and Nascent Flash to 300, make their heal procs be per weaponskill use and not per hit, and remove the HoT on Shake It Off. There, we've dragged WAR's healing back down to a manageable level.

    I don't know what the hell the team was thinking with having WAR heal off every enemy hit. I sure wish Holy Circle had the same mechanic. Just kidding, I don't want any more homogenization, but it does beg the question why the unga bunga great axe tank has more self sustain than the tank with the shield.

    I feel like this narrative can only exist at a hell of a skew. WAR has gotten the most corrections because they have also been saddled with the greatest number of DoA designs.

    Have the devs regularly overcorrected in fixing those issues? Absolutely. But there have been reasons for the fixes.

    WARs: "We'd like to be more sustainable than a DPS that happens to have equal Physical Defense, if that's okay? Aside from threat, our tank stance benefits take 8 GCDs to charge up and end up still inferior to Paladin's and are reset every time we use our core tank ability... all for a bit more duration on Bloodbath and a tiny bit more health on Thrill of Battle (which comes at net cost since we have no shield and a worse Awareness and Convalescence, and lack two defensive CDs. ! Even at its best, it provides less maximum eHP and significantly less sustain than Shield Oath, for an equal damage loss. Until some 20 ilvls above our counterpart, we offer no advantage outside of AoE in T4, which very rapidly drains our TP...     Devs: "Oh, okay, we now how to handle this by now." (Proceed to de-skill and homogenize.)

    Or then there's just the random shit of the devs deciding they absolutely do not want tanks to have %damage based healing, but that's a separate story.

    Memes are fine when used as a general means to be funny, and are not meant to be taken seriously. When they are used as a form of an argument/rebuttal, especially when someone puts a considerable amount of thought into their post, they take on a more condescending tone that shows a lack of respect for the person it is aimed at. Also, Stormblood isn't some holy grail of an expansion. This expansion had a ton of issues with gameplay, story, relic quests, encounter design, the whole nine yards bub.
