Those solved the problem for me for a few hours but the problem is back now. Super unfortunateAnyone using PIA (Private Internet Access) VPN, I've found the following nodes get around this problem:
- USA
- US Michigan
- US Iowa
- Canada
- Sorry all 4 nodes failed.
- Argentina (Seems no packet loss but average ~120ms pings)
So yeah, either PIA host almost everything at ATT datacenters or ATT just controls to much of the backbone. I'm guessing the latter.

Strange. I'm using the Michigan one right now and it's solid 62ms smooth ping. 60-62 has been normal for me without a VPN ever since some change NTT did in early April. Was 55ms before then.
