    Those solved the problem for me for a few hours but the problem is back now. Super unfortunate

    Strange. I'm using the Michigan one right now and it's solid 62ms smooth ping. 60-62 has been normal for me without a VPN ever since some change NTT did in early April. Was 55ms before then.
